In order to improve the quality of the company's products, improve the work quality and enthusiasm of employees, improve the sense of responsibility of production personnel, and enhance corporate cohesion,  Focusens launched April as quality month with the theme of "all staff involving in quality improvement". Under the quality month acitivty , the production line has been highly valued, carefully organized, and strictly required. The quality level of the production line has achieved remarkable results, and the product qualification rate has been greatly improved compared with the previous period. The activities related to the situation are summarized as follows:

1. Leaders pay attention and organize carefully

In order to better carry out the quality month activities, the company held a company-wide staff meeting on the morning of April 1, 2022 to mobilize the activities. Mr. Liu briefly described the purpose and requirements of the quality month activities, and announced the start of the quality month activities.

2. Carry out various publicity to improve quality awareness

In the quality month activities, various forms of publicity activities with rich content were carried out to popularize quality knowledge and increase publicity efforts to improve employees' quality awareness and create a good atmosphere where everyone cares about quality and everyone attaches importance to quality.

3. Strengthen training efforts

This "Quality Month" activity set off a climax of learning, which enabled employees to establish a quality concept and improve their quality awareness. The production line carries out quality training for employees through various forms.

4. Strictly control the quality of temperature sensor production process

In order to effectively realize process quality control and improve self-inspection ability, self-inspection is strengthened in the production process. The inspectors have increased the intensity and frequency of inspections, all dimensions are strictly implemented in accordance with the company's internal control standards, and detailed records are made. The production supervisor strictly manages the quality of the production line, so that the product quality has been significantly improved.
