When the life of lithium battery decreases below 80%, it will be difficult to fully meet the normal power demand of automobile, because the electrochemical performance of battery will decline significantly, and the battery will enter the routine replacement stage, so a large number of waste lithium battery is expected to give birth to a huge recycling battery market.
Hot spot 2: lithium battery recycling has economic benefits. "Battery production - battery utilization - battery recycling - battery production", this is lithium battery recycling treatment and reuse to form a good ecological chain cycle.

The temperature monitoring of the thermal management system of the power battery is a factor that can not be ignored to ensure the safety of new energy vehicles. The thermal management system is mainly responsible for temperature control, which is controlled by the vehicle controller to ensure that the battery is maintained at a reasonable temperature. When the battery pack temperature is abnormal, the air conditioner system dissipates or heats the battery in time to ensure battery safety and service life. Usually, the temperature sensor of NTC thermistor is used to collect and monitor the temperature of the power battery module. Because the response of NTC resistance to temperature change is usually linear. When continuous linear changes in resistance and temperature are required, such as temperature compensation, temperature control systems, and surge current limiting, NTC thermistors are appropriate.
A general power battery module consists of a plurality of cells. In normal operation, the degree of the cell is uniform. When abnormal, the temperature of different battery modules will show a large temperature difference. Therefore, we give the power battery NTC thermistor program, that is, the battery temperature management program, to achieve monitoring.
Battery temperature management includes the temperature detection of the battery body, the temperature detection of the battery cooling medium and the temperature detection of the BMS control board. Usually 3 to 4 collection points are selected to monitor the temperature of the whole power battery module. After the collected temperature data is input to the power battery module management unit, the power battery module management unit calculates the temperature of the whole power battery module management unit.
