A temperature sensor used in an induction cooker

Induction cooker is a modern stove which uses the principle of electromagnetic induction to heat. The joule heat of an eddy current generated in a metal pot made of iron or stainless steel, due to electromagnetic induction, is used to heat and cook food. This new heating method can reduce the intermediate link of heat transfer and greatly improve the heating efficiency, saving more than half of the energy than the traditional stoves.

The components of the induction cooker are:

1 Heating part: there is a shelf under the pot body of the induction cooker, and there is an excitation coil below. Eddy current is generated by electromagnetic induction to heat the pot.

2 Control part: the main power switch, temperature adjustment button, power selection button, etc. It's controlled by an internal control circuit.

Cooling part: adopt the way of air cooling. The side of the furnace body is provided with an air inlet and an air outlet, and a fan is provided inside.

Electrical part: consists of rectifier circuit, inverter circuit, control circuit, relay, electric fan and so on.

Cooking part: mainly includes a variety of cookware for users to use.

Induction cooker sensor is very much, but the main temperature sensor. The temperature sensor in the induction cooker is actually a negative temperature coefficient of the semiconductor thermistor, its resistance value will decrease with its own temperature increase, temperature decrease and increase, through the change of resistance caused by the change of the voltage at both ends of the resistance. Generally, two resistors of this specification are used inside the induction stove. One detects the temperature of the furnace surface and the other detects the operating temperature of the IBGT. When opening the top cover of the induction cooker, there is a circular element in the center of the base, which is the temperature sensor of the electromagnetic circuit. Induction furnace is according to the size of the thermistor resistance value is transmitted to the chip into the temperature value, so as to meet the heating methods of different functions.
